How to Prep for an Online &/or In-Person Session with Me
Preparation for Session
General Questions
General preparation for hypnotherapy & integrative wellness sessions.
How do I best prepare for one of your hypnotherapy or integrative wellness sessions?
The most important thing you can do in preparing for your session is to have an open mind & open heart. Being open to our work together & how this experience unfolds uniquely to you.
Can I drink caffeine before my session?
It is best to stay away from caffeine & other stimulants at least 5 hours before your session to help you to get into a relaxed state.
Do I need previous experience with hypnotherapy for this to work for me?
Although having previous success with hypnotherapy &/or self-hypnosis is a plus, you do not need to have previous expereience with hypnosis to have wonderful results. As the facilitator, I help you to get into a very relaxed state & help to guide you through the process.
How to Best Prepare for a Past Life Regression or Spiritual Exploration Session
Should I avoid eating or drinking before the session?
I would suggest eating a nutritious breakfast &/or lunch the day of your session but avoid eating anything at least 1 hour prior to your session. I suggest to avoid caffeine or stimulants at least 5 hours before your session appointment time, this will help you to be able to get into a deeper relaxed state needed for this work. Drinking water is completely fine leading up to your session, as it is important to stay hydrated & fueled.
If we are doing the session together online, where should I set up my computer?
During a Past Life Regression or Transpersonal Hypnotherapy session you will want to be as comfortable as possible. A bed, recliner or couch where you feel very comfortable & yet propped up a little so that you are less likely to be so relaxed that you fall asleep is the best case scenario.
What can I do to have the most success with my session?
The most important thing you can do in preparing for your session is to have an open mind & open heart. Being open to whatever comes up in your session, as each individual experience is as unique as you are.
Additionally, I would recommend getting into a relaxed meditative state as much as possible to relax your mind & overall state of being. This will help you to easier relax into the experience & reach your Theta brain wave state for deep state hypnosis.
